What portion is God asking of your family?
God has asked for a portion of what He has provided for us to be given as sacrificial offering of gratitude back to Him. This helps us to recognize our reliance and need for God.
In Malachi 3:10, God says to “Test me in this”... to “give the whole tithe, and see if I will not open the floodgates” to bless the rest abundantly.
Each family is in a different situation and is called to give a different portion. At St. Mary’s, we trust in the Holy Spirit. We believe that when each family gives the portion to which they have been called, our community will have abundance in all we need.
Once you discern what God’s portion is for you, setup a recurring gift for that amount monthly. That gift will cover all of your support for whole year!

YOU CAN ALWAYS GIVE IN PERSON
- Call, or stop by, the parish office at 409-948-8448 to request monthly envelopes to give by cash or check.
- Registered parishioners should drop their contribution envelopes in the collection basket at weekend Masses or brought to the office. If you no longer wish to receive contribution envelopes in the mail, you must contact the parish office at 409-948-8448 to stop the envelope mailing.
- If you do not wish to utilize Online Giving or receive contribution envelopes, you may write a check payable to St. Mary of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church with a notation of the specific fund where your donation should be directed. The check may be brought to the parish office or you may drop it in the collection basket at any weekend Mass.
