Information and Expectations
Elementary: Grades K-5
Curriculum: Our program for students in grades K-5 follows the guidelines outlined by the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston.

Parents/Guardians should watch for reminder notes that are sent home with the students, as well as look for notices in the bulletin, email, our Parish Face book page.
Class Time: Sundays, 10:30 a.m. - Noon and Tuesdays in Spanish, 6 pm to 7:15 p.m.
Arrival and Departure: All students are expected to arrive by 10:30 a.m. or 6 p.m. in the Kukral Gym. Teachers will walk them to their classrooms. Students will be dismissed from their classroom at noon and should be picked up in the front parking lot only on Sundays and inside the Kukral Gym on Tuesday nights.

This morning 89 of our First Communion Candidates and their parents attended a Reconciliation retreat where the candidates learned about Forgiveness from Jesus and how to go to Confession/Reconciliation. St. Mary’s would like to ask our community to pray for our 89 candidates; that they may feel Jesus’ forgiveness and love during the Sacrament of Reconciliation, His Presence in the Sacrament of Holy Communion, and the candidates’ continuation of receiving these beautiful sacraments through out their lifetime.
Esta mañana, 89 de nuestros candidatos a la Primera Comunión y sus padres asistieron a un retiro de Reconciliación donde los candidatos aprendieron sobre el Perdón de Jesús y cómo ir a Confesión/Reconciliación. St. Mary's quisiera pedirle a nuestra comunidad que ore por nuestros 89 candidatos; para que puedan sentir el perdón y el amor de Jesus durante el Sacramento de la Reconciliación, la Presencia de Jesús en el Sacramento de la Sagrada Comunión y la continuación de recibir estos hermosos sacramentos a lo largo de sus vidas.
